CONTEMPORARY LANGUAGES OF ART BETWEEN MEMORY AND FUTURE 2012 CLAUIANO

Sunday 25 November starts at 15.00 the exhibition of the artistic projects created by the participants of the LINGUAGGI workshop CONTEMPORARY. BETWEEN MEMORY AND FUTURE in the historic village of Clauiano. Made by the artists Isabella Pers and Tiziana Pers in collaboration with the East Village social promotion association, il workshop saw the intervention of Daniele Capra, independent curator e journalist of Artribune and LʼEspresso group, and of the sound and visual artist Michael Spanghero Organized by the Municipality of Trivignano Udinese for the event ImmaginArte, the project is supported by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department of Youth and Civil Service national, by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and by FVG youth. The workshop, aimed at young people from the FVG Region, introduced i contemporary languages of art and the many possibilities related to characteristics and specific uses of the media, of the different possible declinations, and the multimedia that characterizes the forms expressions of recent years. Particular attention was paid to the relationship between the work and a specific context with which the work must be confronted, introducing the concept of site-specific work, or of the work already conceived in its own conception as placed within a certain space and a precise context, closely related to it. The works on display are been created in different sites that serve as scenery and active elements interlocutors, or in suggestive places of particular interest historical and architectural part of the medieval village of Clauiano, inserted among ʻthe most beautiful villages in Italyʼ. The working group, formed by the participants in the workshop, is heterogeneous and composed of emerging artists, future curators, students and enthusiasts, e each brought effective elements to the dialogue and the design. Everyone has therefore completed the laboratory and the shows respectively in the role of artist, curator or assistant, in relation to one's career, background, studies and talent.
